Rebecca's staff were experienced, expert, on-time and genuinely appreciated our mom. For circumstances, our mother liked getting her hair done but with COVID we could not take her out to the hair salon. One caretaker, Nicole, made a point to ask mom how she desired her hair styled and set up a mock beauty parlor station by her healthcare facility bed.
I can't inform you how much pleasure this brought our mom and our household. It's the little touches that make such a substantial difference! That's where Rebecca sticks out from other agencies. She employs individuals that genuinely care and listen to the requirements of clients.
